BEHIND THE CURTAIN: SET DESIGN & STAGE MANAGEMENT
While the cast shines in the spotlight, the true physical magic of the show is built entirely from scratch. The Davitt College production crew takes full charge of designing, building, and painting the entire stage environment.
From heavy carpentry and structural set construction to intricate prop painting and wardrobe coordination, our students do it all. Under the expert guidance of teacher stage managers who design and build the sets, our student stage crew coordinates seamless scene changes and manages backstage operations to ensure every award-winning performance runs without a hitch.
