We treat the local environment as a living laboratory. Students collect regional soil core samples, isolate bacteria from clover root nodules, and measure earthworm pasture densities.

Quantitative Nutrition

Our students build advanced data literacy by investigating real-world farm statistics. By analyzing scientific data to calculate Daily Live-Weight Gain and Feed Conversion Rates.
