Everyday Fitness

From casual volleyball matches and relaxed rounds of golf to informal rounders sessions, we have created a space for every student to stay fit, destress, and become part of a welcoming, pressure-free team environment.

Our leisure sports programmes are intentionally designed to offer a vibrant, participation-focused alternative to competitive leagues. We completely clear away the stress of tryouts and selection grids, ensuring that whether you are looking for lunchtime activity, personal conditioning, or simply working on your swing with our student golfers, you have the total freedom to move at your own pace.

The Davitt Standard

We define success by mental clarity, social connection, and the development of healthy, lifelong habits. By trying out activities in a relaxed environment, our students build the confidence to thrive throughout their academic year.

From high-energy seasonal games to our massive whole-school celebration of the annual Sports Day, our doors are wide open. We invite every student—regardless of their fitness level or sporting background—to step onto the court, join the game, and find their place in our community.

Our Recreational Sports

Volleyball

Fast-paced, high-participation, and incredibly social. A massive favourite in the sports hall, offering a fantastic space for mixed-ability teams and casual games.

Community Games

The absolute highlight of our school social calendar, bringing the entire school community together for high-energy team events and inclusive challenges.

Table Tennis & Golf

Precision and focus away from club pressure. These setups are completely open for casual, self-paced play, whether rallying at lunch or working on your swing.

The Gym

Our dedicated upstairs gym suite is open for structured recreational fitness blocks, focusing on proper technique, personal conditioning, and personal energy levels.
