Our Pastoral Care Structure
Class Tutors
Each year group is assigned a dedicated tutor whose primary focus is pastoral care. They maintain close contact with their classes to ensure students are settling in comfortably and that the class works well together. Students are always encouraged to approach their tutor if they need advice, guidance, or support.
Year Heads
Every year group is overseen by two dedicated Year Heads. Working in partnership with the Class Tutors, our Year Heads manage overall discipline and year-group coordination, striving to make every student's experience at Davitt College both productive and happy.

A Collaborative Approach

Flexible Delivery & SNAs
Assistance is delivered flexibly through individual mentorship, small-group work, or integrated in-class support, with our professional Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) providing critical day-to-day guidance.

Personal Guidance
Providing confidential, one-on-one counseling and emotional support to help students navigate personal challenges, stress management, and daily wellbeing.
Higher Education & CAO
Expert navigation through third-level admissions, university open days, career assessments, and tailored subject choice planning for senior cycle.
