As part of our ongoing Wellbeing Initiative, Davitt College and the School Completion Programme were delighted to welcome Siobhan Donnelly of “Siobhan’s Cakes and Bakes” to the school to deliver a series of engaging cookery demonstrations.

Taking place on Wednesday afternoons, these interactive sessions are designed to promote student wellbeing, practical life skills, and nutritional awareness through expert culinary showcases. For her very first demonstration, Siobhan guided our audience through the step-by-step process of baking and beautifully decorating festive Easter Gingerbread Men.

Those in attendance thoroughly enjoyed learning the secrets to perfect dough consistency, spice balance, and detailed icing techniques. A sincere thank you to Siobhan Donnelly and the School Completion Programme for facilitating this wonderful wellness initiative.
