Having submitted their high-level technical assignments, they have now officially qualified with an <strong>NFQ Level 6 Certificate in STEM Skills<\/strong>, fully recognised by the National Framework of Qualifications.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3 style=\"font-size: 22px !important; color: #0f2015 !important; font-weight: 800 !important; margin: 30px 0 15px 0 !important;\">Pioneering STEM Inclusion &amp; Industry Pathways<\/h3>\n\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 25px 0;\">\n          This national initiative, led by Dr Katriona O\u2019Sullivan at Maynooth University and jointly backed by Microsoft Ireland and Science Foundation Ireland, directly addresses gender inequalities in technical fields. By combining a formal university qualification with structured mentoring from industry role models, the programme provides an elite pathway for students to progress to third-level education and secure high-value STEM qualifications.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p style=\"margin: 0 0 0 0; font-weight: 600; color: #0f2015;\">\n          We wish to extend our sincere thanks to <strong>Mr David Nevin<\/strong> (TY Co-ordinator) and our <strong>Career Guidance Department<\/strong> for supporting and encouraging our engineering and graphics students on this prestigious academic journey.
